कैलाश-दर्शन kailaasha-darshana ?!

isn't it interesting .. to be able to 'visualize' sun-rise in the west that creates mental connections with kailaasha-darshana - that too from the middle of the city of mississauga ?! (concrete jungle too has its 'perks')

the picture doesn't seem to do any justice to the real 'mesmerizing' feeling :) .. if you talk to me someday - i might be able to try add some of the joy with few words maybe (and explain what exactly i mean by 'kailaasha-darshana') !

yes - as per the dates on calendar - the spring is supposed to be here :) .. but the tree here is awaiting even more signs of spring/life .. let's see - when does it get green leaves 'en masse' 

train your brain for positive 'trend'

I think our human brain is 'lazy' ... and hence it tries to form a 'trend' from whatever it observes around us (which saves it effort from 'analyzing' everything it senses) .. it should be our effort to train it so that it ignores whatever it considers 'negative' as an 'outlier' .. so, only positive 'experiences' will be 'recorded' in the 'trend' it comes up with ... this is how you can increase the probability of more positive outcomes in the future :-)

just focus on the fun/good things/people/experiences or positive aspects/qualities/parts within 'stuff' (living and non-living) around you .. easier said the done - but i guess effort is rewarding enough that is worth !!
